Newb Question
 

Ok this is a newb question. I've just created a few galleries and submitted them to some sites, they were approved via the automated systems but my question now is do most sites give you some sort of notification if they will post your gallery or if they are going to disregard it?

Many don't. Your best bet is to look at your referral stats.
