Sponsor Resources Categories/Options Suggestions Needed
 

As most of you know, we (meaning MrMaryLou) have been working on updating our Webmaster Resource pages.

1st on the list is the Sponsor Resources which is getting a complete makeover.

Here's the list of the categories/options that we have so far:

Are there any categories or sub-categories that we should also add to this list?

Some sponsors offer pre-written text blurbs, blog entries and reviews, without being 'hosted blogs'.
Others come to mind (I'm thinking Cash Fetish) who go out of their way to make sure that affiliates get every opportunity to make a sale, even if the surfer chops off the affiliate code. Perhaps a special category for these sponsors who go exceed the norm for their affiliates?
Tried, tested and true :-)

Maybe 'sponsors that pay the processing fees' ?

We can add another sub-category under "Sponsors By Content Options" for "Free Content: Text/Blog/Reviews"


I honestly wouldn't know where to start as I know most of them don't bother to tell you :(

You could start the list with us :D

Having gone through many many sponsor sites very few tell you they will pick up that cost but the Free Content: Text/Blog/Reviews has been added to the list :)

Sponsors By Tour Options:
- BYOTs in all the various flavors
- Deep linking to specific tour pages.

Sponsors By Content Options:
- Plugins
- Hosted LLs????????

Something indicating whether the sponsor uses SE friendly links.

A few let you register your domains with them, and any sales coming from that domain get credited.

Maybe future: I would also like if a sponsor lets you control traffic from a WM page, rather than embedding everything in the link code.

As far as the "maybe future" part, we're just looking for categories that already exist (it's not a wishlist for what we want from sponsors - lol)

Plugins??? Like the Perfect Gonzo movie series plugins that can be inserted directly into your webpage. Rather than just an external link to a Movie of the Day.

With the deep linking I was thinking along the lines of something like DownLoadPass where you can link to different DVDs, Actresses, Categories, etc. So not just different models.

I don't know what that plugin is supposed to look like, but it looks fucking horrendous at 1600 wide.

the PG plugin is great, I use it here. I'd love to be able to search for sponsors that have out of the ordinary promo stuff like that. Movie plugins, movie series, thumb plugins (Fetish Hits also comes to mind for that) and potd/gotd with hotlinkable thumbs, etc.

EDIT - and I'd like to add that it's pretty annoying to look for a sponsor that's supposed to have downloadable content just to sign up and find there isn't any, or you have to send a registered letter signed in blood to get it lol. I guess that's why you're redoing the page tho :)

One teeny tiny request:
Can you change the niche category "men" to "for women" please? Or add "for women" as a separate cat?
