Free site links to sponsors. FPAs/scripts ok?
I'm beta testing a new site for a program and was thinking of making some free sites. However, the current links to the program will change when they're ready to release it at which point I'd need to change my links.
So my question is, what do LLs allow? Is linking to FPAs allowed on all or the majority of LLs? What about linking thru a script to the program? I currently do that for all my own sites but in any free sites I've done I use the sponsor links. |
I've never done it myself, but I don't think you'd have any problems if you link to your own off page FPA, or run your link through a forwarding script. I've seen a lot of submitters do just that, and it seems like a good idea to me. |thumb
Just be sure you don't break any LL specific rules, like pop-ups, or onmouseovers, if they're not allowed. ;) |
Both are fine with me.

Anyone else with some feedback?

No problem with that here |thumb

With TGP traffic you probably want to go the FPA route and that way noting on the page gets changed and you don't trip up the auto bot checking scripts with page content has changed type problems. . |
