A thought about, "Sponsor feeds that suck"
 

Ok - it's seems conventional wisdom that most sponsor feeds suck.. little or no text and just thumbs. Well, I've been thinking about this and trying different things and I've decided that I happy with sponsor feeds that don't have good text. I'd rather just import the thumbs I want, discard the the ones I don't, and then write my own text. It saves me time from having to crop and upload thumbs. And I'm not really interested in duplicate content from a sponsor regardless of how well it's written.

I'm sure there are other factors that can make sponsor feeds suck (They don't validate or their thumbs are bad) But if they just make really nice thumbs, update regularly, and skip the text - I'm happy.
