I am mostly interested if the site is being indexed, when I trade back with people I like to offer a level of PR from an established indexed page :)

I check that they have some decent PR (like for like) I check that they are listed in google and I also check the cache as I have been cheated before and finally I try and check the source code to ensure that the page they are offering does not operarte an
