Who Do You Advertise With?
 

I asked this same question on other boards, so I apologize if this is a repeat thread for you... :)

I've found advertising to be a very effective method of increasing sales. But it's really hard to find places to advertise. Do any of you use advertising to promote your blogs? If so, who do you advertise with?
