I was just wandering what they are good for ???
I know they make traffic...But who can submit what to them ?

Freesites...Link List´s....?

BML, it depends on the list and their rules, some toplists well accept almost anything, as long as you can return traffic they don't really care. Others are very strict in what they accept and cater more to amateur and 'real' sites.
