Listing Duration

I'm sure this has been asked before but what link lists drop sites after a certain length of time? I know Smut Gremlins, Jay's, and Mark's do. What others and how long do they last?

Jays is about 6 months, Marks is about 2+ years depending on the category.

Are you concerned about sites that go pages deep?

I haven't yet decided if I should go with multiple pages or limited time listings for my list yet. |sad|

I don't drop listings after a set time frame...or when a category gets too full. I am however looking at modding my script to create archive pages when a category hits a certain point.

Forever (assuming the site isn't changed as to break the rules as of the time of submit & it's accessible via my bots)

Not worried about that, was just wonderig when to re-submit sites. :D

Instead of 20 archived pages/cat. with 100 sites/page, why not a rotator script that randomly rotates old listings so no one gets buried where no one goes? New listings could be on a "new listings" page, even new listings/cat but anything older than say, two weeks gets rotated. Over the years I've seen this mentioned on a very small handful of link lists and it sounds great.

I was thinking two weeks ago about how people were griping about the new image quantity/pixel size at LOR and it hit me, at the time or just before the new rule went into effect you made that statement. A little sugar to help the medicine go down. Psychology major?

But originally I was wondering when to re-submit dropped sites. Their link stays up forever, mine should too.

Not at all - that change was put into place a long time ago (beginning of the year? Feb or March?) when I started to add the archive pages - months before I made the rule changes.

Another one keeping them forever!
