Advice about Payment Processors....

Hi, I'm new here! Nice to meet everyone.....

So I need some advice.... 2 days ago I submited my "solo girl" site to ccbill but it was denied because the model looked under 18 (so they say) and even though I have ids that says is over 18 they pretty said it was a no go! So I'm pretty pissed...

So now I am lost on what payment processor to use? I am not sure if I can qualify for a merchant account since I am new to this this business....

Any thoughts and Ideas are very much appreciated!

Thanks,
Lea

did you try paycom/epoch?

Webcutie 2006-11-29 02:43 PM

Nope not yet.....
I've gotten a couple of responses from other boards telling me that same things (about paycom), So I think I am going to check them out!
Thanks for the reply/advice :)

Id contact Corvette over there. CCBill always has been quite reasonable with me in the past.

And their checks have always been like clockwork.

Epoch/Paycom cant make the same claim.

Hi
That doesnt sound right, the correct documents should definitely be enough, whats the point to having the docs if they ignore them? Try speaking to someone else there and assure them she is over 18. I had a similiar problem but as soon as I sent them the docs it was cool. However, it made me think about removing the girl, cos in this climate I dont think its beneficial to have girls that they think are pre 18, just my 2c .

GonZo: Do you have his direct email? If so, I will definately contact him. I have heard great things about ccbill and my site being a "solo girl" site, I really think I need to use ccbill. So paycom hasn't been so great then?

JD: I totally agree with you, I have 3 ids for her but when I mentioned that they just skipped over the question and didn't address it. The girl is actually almost 19 but she is an asian mix and just has a really young appearance though on the site I was promoting her as an asian college teen. Thanks for your advice!

I'm thinking maybe I should just redesign the website, a lot of people that I have talked to on other boards said maybe that is what I need to do. And when I submit it provide id's for her.

Call CCBill and ask for Mark.
He is aware of this thread

Webcutie, seems that the main man, Gonzo, has opened a door for you.

CCBill is not closed minded. Last summer, they declined a site under Chop's Cash for good reason. When I the problem was fixed they approved it.

Today, they called to say that I submitted another one that would not be approved. However, I was told how to fix it for approval.

IMO, their review works for my benefit as well as the entire industry.

Hang in there with CCBill. You can work it out

Chop Smith: I know I think it's awesome what Gonzo did, though I still haven't heard back from Mark yet. Hopefully soon. I hope I have a similar situation, where I can just change some things and they will approve it, I have no problems doing that!
Thanks a lot of the reply, I'm hanging in there!
