For those, that don’t know us, we have been in the adult industry since March of 1999, with our first site 4RealSwinger.com While most of those years we have stayed out of the sponsor/affiliate market, we recently launched 4RealCash.com to share in the wealth. 4Real Cash is the affiliate program for our family of personality based web sites. The program has taken off, and we are growing fast. We also run SexCamCentral.com which is our live cam network featuring all personality based websites with girls doing one hour no up-sell shows for qualified members’ areas.

We would like to talk to individuals who are interested in joining the team and running our marketing department. You would work with and delegate task to some of our existing staff. Task would include recruiting new affiliates, managing current affiliates of 4realcash.com, as well as working with our girls as an advisor on what content they need to produce for promotional material to aid our affiliates. You would also be submitting galleries, running ad campaigns for the cash program, and being a sales and account rep for Sex Cam Central.

We are looking for someone with experience in the industry, good people skills, and willing to attend a few shows every year. Working remotely is not a problem if needed. Compensation depends on experience.
