Cash ARS Checks Now!
 

I havent seen anything posted here about this so I figured as a community service I would copy/paste it from ARS's page from JohnV since there are only 7 days left to cash these checks:

After 5+ years of using LaSalle Bank for our banking needs, they have decided that they no longer want our business.

I was given less than 2 months to find another bank and get set up to use them. I have done this and expect to use the new bank this week for payout. LaSalle Bank has now decided that they will completely shut down the accounts on 12/12/06, meaning they will no longer accept any deposits, or, more importantly, any checks written from these accounts. This means that if you have a commission check written from LaSalle bank, you must cash it before 12/12/06 or it will be returned to you.

If you don't get your checks cashed before 12/12/06, please do not submit them to your bank. Send them back to the office and a new check from the new bank will be issued to you.

I apologize for this whole mess. I was completely stunned when I was informed that they no longer wanted Innovative as a customer. I would say they have made hundreds of thousands of dollars from us over the years. I guess they are no longer in business to make money

The one I got a couple days ago is from the new bank, so unless you're sitting on some old checks, you should be ok.

Last week was the first week of payout from the new bank account. Fifth Third bank is a great bank to work with and they actually want my business. The problem with Lasalle isn't so much the industry I think, rather losing more business from Marc than they wanted. I think this was merely a retaliation, even though they know that I own Innovative now. At any rate, if you have all of your old checks cashed, you are in good shape :)
