is it OK to use text of the sponsor sites on the freesites?

I think some of the text of the sponsor sites is real good and basicaly explain the site we're promoting, but, do LL accept to use that text instead of making our own?

You have a mouse in your pocket or do you work in a bathroom?

While you can probably 'use' the text from a paysite to help sell the site, you'll do much better learning how to write strong sales copy of your own.

You're going to need to build a lot of free sites to bring in enough traffic to matter, and you really don't want to use the same text over and over again, just like you don't want to use the same design template over and over.

If you do, the surfers may think they've already seen your site and click the back button or close the window to find something else they haven't already seen. And some LL owners may think the same and your sites won't get listed.

I'm no expert here, but I think that the "more different" you can make your free sites from each other the better. Otherwise you'll wind up with a very boring hub too, and surfers you do manage to get to come visit won't hang around long or bookmark it.

All the best to your mice.

I have grabbed ad copy from some paysite when I was building a free site using content from one specific model. A lot of the tours have a paragraph of text on the girl right there on the tour & that can be handy for filler text.

But, like Simon says (hey! I made a funny!) learning to write your own always helps.

Or maybe she could teach her mice to write some decent text. |thumb
