I've just been informed that a few peolple are receiving acceptance emails from our buddy Earl - eventhough they haven't submitted there. :D I must confess that I'm working on a project which involves me borrowing listings from WW's listings database and reviewing/listing them at the new site. I have the acceptance emails turned off, but the fucking thing is still sending them out. The fun part is that it's sending them using Filthy Earl's email template. Poor Earl.

So, fear not - Earl's queue is still months behind :D and it isn't him sending the acceptance emails for sites you've never submitted there. I guess I should go modify that template or further hack the script so future emails won't be tossed into the ether.

I yanked a bunch of code from the review script so it no longer sends out those pesky emails, but I'm still adding links. Hopefully I'll be able to go public with the project within the next couple of weeks and open it for submissions. I have put up a link to it here and there so Mr. Google and his friends will find there way through.

Now, when I do my occasional review at Earl's, no one will believe that it's really Earl.
