For some reason, I slept like crap last night. Today looks to be a busy day getting ready for my nice, long vacation. But I did decide one thing, I do have to check my email every day :) Some things can't wait for 2 weeks.

Everytime I say "I'll only check email" it seems that the things I get in the emails require me to go online "just for a minute to do a thing or two." So my best wishes for success at staying away, Jim, and condolences to GG for all the forwarded emails you'll probably be sending him.

i have promise my hubby that "in my holiday i wont touch one puter or net, so also no emails checking" see i am a good wife, i only didnt tell my hubby that i already arrange that a friend of mine will be taking care of my emails and will sms me on my mobile phone if there is something important i have to deal with:D

It starts simply enough with "just gonna check my email". Next thing you know you're an addict :D

I have to agree with everyone - simply checking the mail without putting out the fires that the mail contains is useless. Oh sure, you try to blow it off, but then you sit back in a big comfy chair & whatever the issue is that you're trying to blow off for the next 10 days just eats away at the back of your neck.

And you can't go Cold Turkey for 2 weeks because I know I'll need you for something :D

Watched The Lost Room last night. Nice to watch a show with excellent writing. I think tonight is the final episode.

Tree trimmers woke me up at sunrise to let me know that they wanted to trim the trees around the power lines sometime this week. Glad they didn't wait until the last minute to let me know and let me sleep or anything wasteful like that.

Just a day of work planned but I live a rather impromptu serendipitous existence so I never really know what the day will bring.

My Outlook is open the entire time I'm online and checks for mail every 5 minutes. I really should turn it off when working since it's quite distracting.

My cold is almost over and my arm hurts less than it did the previous days. I guess that's a good thing.
