New IslandDollars.com Affiliate Signup Policy

IslandDollars.com New Affiliate Signup Policy

We value all of our hard working affiliates. Therefore we have removed automatic signup approval from the program and enacted a qualified screening process for all new prospective affiliates. This means that less of our content will be floating around the web without good reason, and our affiliates sales efforts will be enhanced. We value our content and even more so the time and energy our affiliates take to market our sites.

-Thank you

Maybe a look at the PR and Alexa rating of potential affiliate sites? |huh

Saturation of content is detrimental to existing affiliates. Which is why I think sponsors should think twice about allowing their stuff on fusker and surfer boards... brand recognition is good, but I think it leads to shortening the shelf life of the content.

Well, I'm looking at their signup page and it doesn't mention the screening process or what is involved. That's why I ask.

In general, all of your information needs to be real. If you list a domain, it would need to be your domain. If you're a submitter, possibly example urls or reference(s).

An easy and painless way to keep surfers or scammers from signing up.
