Do TGPs mind if I include a link back to my own tgp site with the other recip links?

Some don't mind, some definitely do.

You have to develop classes of TGPs that you submit to, graded mostly in terms of pickiness but also in terms of the value of their traffic. So, you end up with a very picky group of TGPs, a somewhat picky group, and a not picky at all group.

Never submit galleries with your own TGP button to the picky group, unless you know the owners. There should be zero problems subbing to the least picky TGPs. You'll have to sort out the medium picky ones on your own, by reading their submit pages.

Like Bill said, some do for sure.

If you do have a link, make it very small on the bottom and you can usually get away with it. But if they say do not do it then definitely do not.

Do you know if Richards Realm would allow it?

Richards doesn't have any posted rules specifically against it, but has a lot of internal unpublished rules that might bite you.

Richards traffic is good enough that I would concentrate on making a sale there, not in getting traffic for a TGP.

On the flip side, I don't have any reason to think that richards would blacklist you for life for doing it, that is, for trying to post some galleries with your button as well as richards and one or two other TGP's recip.

So my answer would be that I wouldn't do it, but I don't think it would be too dangerous.
