Hehe :-) Having second thoughts in redesign of the gallery :D

It's very basic.

The thumbs stink - don't squish pics that are horizontal into thumbs that are vertical - it never works (if it's a program, then make then by hand)

The server seems a bit slow.

Not sure why you're jumping from sub-domain to sub-domain (most places like to see everything on the same sub-domain - I think)

No sales text?

I can't get to the gallery because my isp is having problems but subdomains are a BAD idea. Use folders. Thumbs are VERY important. To get listed it needs to look good on the eyes to the reviewer. Then to get sales you need to turn the surfer on. Disoriented pics doesn't do either. Make better thumbs.

Use Arles to create thumbs :) (you must select "Lock aspect ratio" and "Crop image to fit height & width" options).

You can also use some soft to remove noise from pics (and thumbs).

I'd say incredibly ugly. Pics should be cropped and not squished. Lots of white space on either side. Design for a width of 700 to 800, which means make the thumbs bigger and/or have 3 rows instead of 4. No sales text as mentioned. Also, the images are watermarked (c) 'Anal in the Amazon' but I don't see any link promoting a site like that. Finally, a sextracker counter on a gallery counts against you on many sites.

The best thing would be to surf some top linklist/tgp sites and browse. The top spots have some great designs.

Do you have a PA at free6? Submission there requires one. Most TGPs like to have recips to other similarly sized TGPs by theirs so that they might get a bit of traffic. These recips should be put in a table. Your first image which references archive6 is not showing up. As everyone else says...thumbs suck. Thumbs need to be crisp and clean...proper aspect ratio, maybe add brightness and sharpen them. 745 pixels wide is usally pretty good for your design. I don't always crop the watermark myself but I should and it is good advice. Your banner links are dead. When you click the first text link it has a backbutton trap. You are using sponsor content to promote your own site...looks like legal trouble to me. Avoid any javascript... Yep she is pretty fucking ugly!

and also add:

your background color of choice isn't good. it can be "too bright" for some people. choose something cool to the eyes, like, let's say a more faint hue of that color, or maybe a tiled image (but not very detailed)
