I don't think you'll find much for under $50 but you can check http://www.opensourcecms.com/ you might find something there

There are two open source programs worth looking at:

If you need a CMS aligned to adult site's needs, I doubt whether you will find anything for $50.
Free and/or open source CMS's - are a dangerous hole in the server security, you have to always take it into account.

Let me suggest to check aWIZ: http://v5.awizsoft.com/ at least it is a cheapest from the quality adult CMS's on the market. Single-site license costs $99.

coppermine is very simple but works great and can be had for FREE!

ive used it for the last 3 years and i think it is adequite and my members LOVE it! they can post comments, rate files and save their favorites.
