The Python Robot
 

I was hoping for more info on this bot. Last 2 days recieved hundreds of hits more then googlebot. Tried to search and only read that it is a retired robot from python.org, yet i'm getting hit a lot.

it could be some python script that is using your webpage to do stuff with it.
