Yep it is. If you link to a hub you can only have 2 sponsor links, but trust me, its well worth it :)

Yes it counts as a sponsor link out but its good to have one - you need to feed your own 'empire'. :)

And Exit link on the warning page doenst count ? :)

As long as it doesn't point to any adult content.

For many lists, this includes 900 number adverts, history killers, and gambling.

Why have an exit link, even to Google?

I use exit links but they go to my own mainstream BS page that runs adsense on it. Its not much, but it does earn a couple extra dollars, like a couple of extra sales a month.

I think some LL do count your exit links - I got rejected for too many, its pointless to link to google/yahoo if you are going to have an exit link you may as well make a few bucks off it.
