It's like bumper cars.

Ain't that the truth! Not to insult any Southerners hanging out here but I've seriously never seen such bad drivers in winter weather (well, even in good weather!) in all my life. Scary! |shocking|

King5 is a Seattle TV station, and from the file name on that link I believe the clip is from their sister station in Portland.

The entire west half of the city is on a side hill. Having lived there for 15 years (83-98) I've witnessed similar scenes a number of times. The ice storms don't occur often enough, nor last long enough for the masses to become wise about driving (or NOT driving) on icy roads.

I do love seeing people try to handle snow and ice when they aren't used to it :) The first person is a moron. You can hear him or her (her I suspect :) ) stepping on the gas and slamming into cars and walls and crap. :)

sue-fl 2007-01-17 12:18 PM

Damn what a video! That one car wiped out quite a few other cars. Aren't people suppose to stay home with roads like that |huh

RamCharger 2007-01-20 02:38 PM

more like shuffle puck. what really amazes me is that the first person hit the gas for so long.
