Sextronix Is Dead :(
 

I noticed about a month ago that I had not received any check form Sextronix since my 1st payperiod (back in Sept) so I emailed a few times & got no reply. So I found my contact down in Vegas & she told me she'd fill me in a bit when I got home.

Seems she's left them because of numerous problems, one of them being that no one was getting paid :(

She said that she still has documents as to how much each webmaster was owed when she left & that she plans to take care of it out of her own pocket, but I told her to not worry about the money that is owed to me, as it's not her fault, but her employeer's.

So, if you have links up to them, pull them today (and my appologies to anyone that signed up under me)

I'm glad I took my usually "wait and see" attitude. No harm no foul here. :)

What a shame... but glad to hear that she's moved on. I'm sure we'll hear good things from her - you don't hear many people volunteer to cover payments out of their own pockets... especially when it's definitely NOT their fault.

Thats just nasty. I guess they aren't converting as well as the owner preached to me that they were. I knew otherwise and stoped promoting a long time ago. Good thing I did stop.

me too had some mixed feelings about them before... like their death was hanging in the air or something ;)

The fact that they told webmasters to cheat link lists and TGPs in their tips and tricks didn't help them much either.

Oh thank you Jim for bringing that up. I was sitting here biting my virtual tongue.

The sad thing is I finally decided to give them a try anyway about a month ago so now I'm sitting here doing search and replace on my drive and uploading all the changed files.

that talk or brag in any way about screwing somebody

That was fast lived I guess, Blame GG, I know I would.

This is completely wrong and a BOGUS LIE by our FIRED EMPLOYEE. We discovered great problems with our accounting and marketing person, still exploring our bank accounts. We fired her but I guess she is blaming us. Our lawyers and accountant is trying to figure out what she had done. Our account is used for her personal payments while we thought that she is paying our payments. Even she paid her casino spends, even carwash with our business bank account. Anyways, Please in the future try not to make threatening post on message boards about one of your empolyees. Its not very business like and doesnt make you look any better.
It might be wiser to conduct business away from the boards and do it between you and your employee.

Greenie and I have had correspondence that contradicts what he was told. I think we need to investigate this a little further.

Emin - I got your email & will be replying to it shortly as far as how my money I am owed.

Seeing as there will be legal action on both sides, this thread will be closed forever (one of the rare times we do actually close threads is when the lawyers become involved)
