I hope you're professional enough to take a little feedback from potential customers. I have a decent content budget and I've often tried to purchase content from your store but I find it difficult.

The things that are most frustrating are:

1. I can only see 10 sets at a time. I like to buy in bulk and will often purchase 100+ sets at a time but I also like to hand pick the content. Do so by listing so few on a page at one time would take all day.

2. Samples. I won't purchase content without seeing an actual sample. Enough said.

3. The general speed of the site. I can understand that you want to protect your site from people stealing content but if it takes me 1 to 2 minutes to see a sample I will get bored, leave your site and end up spending time else where.

Please understand that I only make these comments because one day I hope that I can purchase from your store. I've been hoping that for a couple of years now.

No prbl. SirMoby. The item regarding the 10 sets I can understand, i mustsay we have not thought about this issue to put in a number selection of how many sets should be shown per page - good idea.

Samples? well any photo and video could be seen in a full preview. The photos even in org. quality.

Well the speed, true. I live here in Europe and I have a good response time for the site, about 50ms, but I am aware of that sometimes the response times from oversea are bad. Also, as we provide a full and org. preview to any of the photos, they will be rendered in real time, means one first preview is made in real time and when you click the org. photo incl. a watermark will be show, which is also done in real time. Therefor it could takes sometimes a bit.

But thanks for the hints, I will see what we can do to make things faster

Interesting, I've never figured out how to get a full size sample. I always get a poorly compressed version that is small, cropped by the pop up window with no scroll bars and then it has so many watermarks on it that I often can't make out the model's face.
