Who does kick as WP themes?

I see some i really like at xlabor but havent seen any others, i need one soon if anyone has recomendations, but i want a good one that doesnt look to bloggy and its has to be 100% xhtml css w3c compliant :) i dont want to fucking waste time on a blog and get penelized for shitty coding lol i can do that on my own :D

I second that, Jayeff is good, and his designs are all CSS.
xlabor is using tables for design, I would not go with them.

I bought a template at xLabor and I never used it. Not happy at all with the product. Just like you said. The template is hard coded. It is not fully driven though the admin interface.
