i even tried to acquired some pay help who couldnt figure out the problem either

As far as I know you can't just link to a SSI.

You should create a video.html and simply insert the below into the section of the page



After that you can simply link to your video.html

Are you using their servers? Domain level or FRC?

Like I said in a PM, call John. It's toll free and a lot more effective than trying to communicate tech type stuff via e-mail.
