Hello,

I do not know and do not understand what happened but somehow somebody transfered all money from my girlfriend epassporte acc to otter epassporte account we do not even know and never knew this account " ursulica1 " How this is possible . What is more , we have not been at home when this transfer was made. damnn iam so pissed of right now !! I do now know what to do , i have already contacted epassporte, but they are not ON right now :(

Hmm ... that is realy nasty :( ... this is why I never keep to much money in my epassporte account !

In my language (romanian) ursulica means little bear so I guess it was someone from my country |shocking| :( |banghead|

You should be very careful in the future with your accounts !

Maybe you have a keylogger(spy software) on your system so you better check your whole computer for spyware!

If I were you I would reinstall my OS to be sure.

There was a thread about this at the zoo a few days ago. Seems as though you're not alone, as the same thing happened to a few people :(

I haven't checked back since seeing the thread, but as of then...there was no resolution posted I'm sorry to say :(

I'v read in other board that epassporte has been hacked, be carefull and change your passwords

I check my epassporte account numerous times a day and I always transfer all money out ASAP. I only keep about $2.00 in there at all times. My postal mail is very unreliable so I thought I'd be safer with epassporte so I didn't have to rely on paper checks. You just can't trust anyone these days. :(

Man, I am glad I am broke, don't need to worry about people stealing stuff I don't have :)

Just went in and checked my Epass account and all seems kosher... but I did change the passwoord and security question just in case.

They dont seem to answer calls nor emails tho since I have been waiting over 4 weeks for a reply to 2 emails and I can never get thru on the phone.

dam one more thing to worry about, who knows if a hacker cracked there system or the users pc for there password, gonna change my info

But you can get your account limit increased. I only had to send in 5 diff pieces of paperwork, a vile of blood and my 1st born though. :D

Im hearing nasty rumors that its getting harder and harder for sponsors to wire money into Epassporte. Major banks cutting them off due to gambling laws.

Anyone else?

Gonzo - thats true - as of today many banks will no longer transfer money to epassporte - which is causing some sponsors to have a little trouble - Im making a separate post here in the main forum about it

please update us when it's over, I want to know if mike can actually get your funds back when something like this happens

My ePassporte account got hit for $80.00. Looks like it happened back in October. It also looks like the funds were transferred to jcmallick.

This is what I get for assuming my funds were safe and not logging in to check. I put the funds in my account planning on using them for some design work but the plans got put on the back burner.

I'm not at all sure how someone got my password. Hell, I didn't even know my password. I use Zone Alarm Security Suite and it's always been very good at stopping any threats.

I haven't heard back from ePassporte yet but hopefully will soon...

We had some troubles wiring into our ePass business account earlier this week, took us 2 hours of trying to figure out what had changed since the last wire. We finally got it out and the money has arrived though.
