can you guys give me some opinions on how fast my site loads http://www.defyit.net, it loads very quick for me, but just curious if its slow for others.

and if oyu ave any general advice for it, please tell me.

loads real slow here, but looks great, 4mbps pipe i am on too....check your optimization.

what are some basic rhings i can do to speed it up that optimizing website checks my other site, because technically defyit.net is in a directory of it and blah blah blah. I cant really thinkof anything?

hmmm well a lot of thumbs, but thats nothing u can fix, and they seem to be alright at 16K, bet you can keep them just as HQ if you work at it and bring them to 9K there u save %50....but its that headers i think, should be a gif if possible and break it up into 4 pieces, it's 60k+ at top of page will hold up rest of page loading, but it should load faster than it does is this the godaddy site?? Might need adult hosting, with out using tools i am just guesstimating that before i get even a pic on your site on a clean 4mbps pipe i have to wait a good 25seconds which isnt horrbile but a lot of surfers will bounce, before they come up...fix header first gif it to 20K and break it up into 4 sections.
