Movie Sites

If I submit a movie fs what video formats are acceptable besides wmv & mpg?

Can I use flash video?

I seriously doubt it...porn and flash don't go together well. I don't think any other formats are acceptable...the only two other semi-major ones would be realplayer or quicktime. On a side note, I think that many people are having issues with Flash and IE7.
