Wondering if anybody can find anything legal about this

I hang out on the Digital Point forums from time to time and came across a guy trying to sell these videos for 30 bucks and says there is no problem with posting them without permission.

Hope it's okay to post the link.

I doubt it is ok and I know it is NOT legal for him to be selling them.

From his post
"Im selling as is.. Some have website names on them.. some dont"

If they have web site names on them then they do NOT belong to him to sell now do they?

Im not selling the videos.. Im selling my time for sending the file, its a 2.75 Gig file
not a chance in hell he has license to resell those vids |shocking|

I kinda figured the same things. Hopefully the potential purchasers have figured that out and will avoid it.

What website has the 2257 on each person thats included in an amateur video.

When you visit a website, providing amateur content, its everywhere around the internet. Im simply giving it away and asking for some small $$ for my time to adult webmasters.

If you think what im doing is wrong, then im sorry, I dont see it like that.

If im wrong, so is 5,000 of the other websites doing this.
hahahahhahaa

no seriously

That is violating copyright and 2257. He can give you all the bullshit about just "selling his time" but he is accepting money and giving you a copyrighted work that he does not have the rights to sell.

Not only is he stupid enough to sell it, there are people on that board seriously stupid enough to buy from him even after the legality of the content was brought into question.

Anyone putting that junk up is gonna end up in trouble.

Sounds like promo material anyway - so the people buying might as well sign up for affiliate programs, get it for free, and use it legally to make some money for themselves and the actual producer.
