Yeah - it seems Jim's machine echos everything back to the original speaker, making it really fucking annoying...but we are working on it :)

Bad News: It appears there's an issue with Skype & Vista that we can not fix, so odds are we will not be using Skype & talking to others :(

Who would be dumb enough to already be using Vista?

BTW Skype works perfect with Mac X.

I have been using one form or another version of Vista since I purchased this PC :) Seems like it really doesn't like the combination of my sound card and vista together.

We still may have a solution but I am waiting for a piece of email :)

We are doing it on the phone.

Yeah - for some reason, Skype's not pushing everyone else's voice thru my PC & into the Windows Media Encoder (which was the problem last week with Win Amp - lol) so we're gonna do it on the phone the old fashion way.

No music & we'll go right into the show at 8 since I had no time to do any pre-show prep.
