Could you all take a look at two galleries I built and offer me some constructive criticism? I've gotten tons of traffic to the galleries, but little to no conversion.

You need to think of yourself as a salesman.
Go to a boat show and stare a nice boat, whoopie. Have a salesguy tell you how fast it goes and that you can do this and that with it and you're sold.

So for the blowjob gallery you should say something like this:
Man, you gotta check out this site. This guy picks up real girls on the street and gets hot blowjobs. All caught on his hidden cam! Check It Out!

So dump the banner and use text or keep the banner and use some sales text with it at least.
