Or is it just me? I fill the form, hit submit, and the page then times out.

Its not only you mate,
I experienced the same problem with them both. I tried to submit again after some time, but the same so finally I just sent email to penisbot support.I hope everything will be fixed for next submissions :)

Yea I had an error on penis and wet last night. Haven't submitted today yet. I'll see if it's still not working later today.

Submission is working again for me. Submitted what I created yesterday and didn't get an error.
