LaCie has come out with a 1 terabyte FireWire drive for $1,199.

It is about the size a cigar box so now all the porn that use to fit in a cigar box can fit in an encloser that is the size of a cigar box, isn't technology wonderful. :)

Hmmm, don't forget to back up to… hmmm, guess it would be best to buy these in twos…

Put two of these together as a mirrored RAID and never have to worry about server space again. :)

Actually I'm not sure if they put one huge drive in the encloser or a few small ones together with some kind of controller.

Also someone needs to teach then that there is 1024 megs in a gig and not 1000 so actually this drive is not a full terabyte, but it is still really a lot of storage.
