Throttlebox was heuristically developed through intense research and
consultation with top universities. Using intelligent rules configured by the
webmaster via our user friendly web interface, bandwidth abusers are detected
and suspended. Throttlebox reporting allows the webmaster to easily see which
users are abusing bandwidth. It details user behavior by file type and total
usage over time, so that you can see, for example, who is downloading the most
videos, how many they are downloading, and when.
