Credit Cards for kids
 

I have been seeing these commercials on TV lately.

Basically they are pushing debit cards for kids 16+.
That should make for some fun trying to use CCs for age verification.|huh

I believe that CC's have already been thrown out as a valid age verification system - and some already have a disclaimer on their cards.

True, but...

My concern is that is advertised as kids can get their own CCs, and spend $$$s where ever they want without parental supervision.

Just waiting for the other shoe to drop, that some kid used their card to buy a membership to MaxHardcore, or TawnneStone, or GirlsGoneWild.

Cards like those have been around for a couple years. My 19 yo step daughter has had one for 2 years.
