Question about Submit Passes
 

Returning to the business after quiet a few years and I have discovered many changes. In regards to Submit Passes I realise that every site has their own rules but I notice that many do not say anything specifically about sponsor content or sponsor created galleries.

Do they generally refuse to list sponsor made galleries? Does downloading the free hosted galleries and placing them on your own domain/server (assuming this is allowed by the sponsor) make a difference?

I assume that some don't care, but those that do might decline (or blacklist) you because of the template/similar design issue.

There's also the problem with downloading the sponsors galleries & putting them on your servers - just make sure they allow that before you do it as they might not have permission to allow affiliates to use the content on their servers.

On the other hand, you're probably always safe building the galleries yourself using the promo materials the sponsor provides :)

For most you can use the sponsor content, but you have to design the galleries yourself.

Sponsor content is usually ok but be smart. Don't use the same stuff everyeone is. Check the site you're buying a pass from to see if he lists a lot of the sponsor you plan to push. If he does, move on. If not then you should be ok.
