Stupid HTML Problem
 

Anyone have time to help with a stupid HTML problem? On this page:

I can't get the borders to line up and get everything correct. I've fiddled with this for two hours and I'm lost |banghead| |huh

Oh, the background color will be changed to yellow later, I made it black so it's easy to see the border sizes.

Only problem I see is a small black background on the left and right sides but I can work on that.

Now, someone tell me what TBody is for and what does div do?
