Exit links, A small favor

I hate asking this but....

after about 8 months DC Junkies isn't doing well in the engines and some SEO friends feel that I need more incoming links

I noticed on a lot of webmasters LL's, tgp's and free site's exit links a lot of you link to yahoo or Google
some of you are even linking your exit link/button to CNN or Disney

if you not doing anything of value with the exit link would you mind linking to my political message board

even a tiny link buried on an index page under your legal stuff would help a lot

What text would you like used for your link to dcjunkies? IMO, if you let everyone know what text to use, you will get a little more benefit from the links. Just my 2 cents.

I don't use exit links on my freesites but I'll see if I can find some other pages that I can link from. ;)

My domains are blacklisted on http://bl.usefulscripts.com/ (Reason: Poor Grammar and Spelling Errors) but I don't have problems with search engines. I can link to your forum if that's OK with you. So, do you want links from blacklisted (but honest) webmaster? :)

I do a little political commentary on my blogs now and then, I'll edit some posts over the weekend to add some links and will add your forum to any future posts.

Sam, yes I would like the links. your post sounds a bit bitter. The truth is I havent scubbed against Useful scripts in like 7 years. I have no access or control over what goes on there.

nor do I even use a black list anymore
I just have preferred submiters which is a paid partner
think of it like a white list

you need to file an appeal and settle it with the site that black listed you

I'm sorry if I sound bitter, that is not my intention. I just don't want to hide anything from you.

Hi Tommy. I put a link to DCJunkies up on my blog. It probably won't get you any hits. But it might help with your pagerank.

Here's a tip, check out other political news blogs like Inside Cable News or Hot Air. Join in on the discussions in the "comments" sections. And fill out your URL when you submit a comment (they usually ask for name, email and url). That's a great way to get a cheap link back to your site. And if you post comments on relevant blogs, it might get you some new surfers.

Another thought, maybe write some political articles, there are tons of article sites and the SE's loving some of them. Course I've never checked how many have political categories.
