How many inches was the braid?

Torn had his cut about 2yrs ago, was never that long but we manage to send 10 inches to Locks Of Love. Great cause. :)

It is weird to look at pics with his long hair & now without, even though he had almost military short hair when we meet.

I am actually quite happy about doing it. I have been talking about it for years and not doing it. Then after I heard about the Locks of Love, it just seemed like it was the time. My wife (who has never seen me without long hair) didn't believe I was actually going to do it until the 1st snip of the ponytail.

They took off about 21 inches or so.

I don't have a totally buzzed cut. It's still loger on the top but really short in back. The lady that cut it gave me a good style. I didn't think it was possible, considering my hair is bone straight and just goes straignt down. She styled it and showed me how to do it, but I am still in the process of doing it the exact same way as she did, after washing it. The first attempt was unsuccessful.

Perhaps if I get it close I will share a picture. If not, you'll just have to wait till you see me....

When I got mine cut the first time, I had it longer then it is now, long enough to style.

Then I realized what a pain in the ass it was to deal with, so I keep it buzzed.

I had long hair for 7 years, and the last 2 was annoying, seems like every time I was doing something it was in my eyes. I was going to get it cut sooner but my wife talked me out of it.

But as with you I found someone who needed it more then I did, so I took it on my terms instead of waiting for it to fall out.

Oddly enough, I have the same problem styling my hair - LOL - I can never get it to look like it does when I leave the salon (yes, I do go to a salon for some strange fucking reason - LOL)

I just use boobs to do my hair speaking which I am so in need of a boob hat stylist Kat!!!!

What about the gotee didnt you mention cutting that as well or are you just gona grow that out 21" ? hahaha

1) It's bagged, sealed and ready to be dropped in the mail tomorrow.

2) No, they only take head hair (the one perched on the top of your shoulders) that was cut off in pony-tail fashion. I had the Stylist put it in a braid so it didn't get all frazzled inthe mail, on the way over.

One boob hat style coming right up. lol|boobies|

Hope the company is legit and not a front to get human hair as it's a big business...

Somewhere in Hollywood a stylist may be telling a model your hair is from an East Indian virgin- which is why it's really expensive.

I have been hearing about them for a while now. Via word of mouth and New articles. And I feel quite comfortable they are legit.

I wonder what a "De-flowered Italian-American's hair would go for on the black market?

I told the Stylist that if I didn't like it, she'd would have just keep cutting till I was bald.

Luckily I liked it. I don't think I would look good bald. But who knows.

No but I am back on my diet and exercise program. So I am hoping to knock about 20-30 pounds off in the next few months.

We'll see....... (I obviously tried this before.)

Something to think about with soon to be 2 babies in the house. When my daughters were babies I had long hair and a long beard. I cut the beard off and they were scared of me. They didn't recognize me for about a week. |rasta|

Try to be consistent with them until they get to school age. |thumb

I just trimmed it down to normal size. No more Fu-man-chu style.
