Two questions for LL owners

Got two more questions:

1. Doorway pages:

I try to please every link list regarding doorway pages but its difficult and I have managed to do so but now I am going to submit to more link lists and want to make sure I am doing it right. Some link lists want to be listed with other specific link lists. Others want all html to be placed in the same folder structure as the index.html , others want to be placed with link listes with high PR only etc.
So the obvious way would be to make one folder and place like 30 receips on the index. but we all know that is not allowed.
Right now I am doing this:

http://mysite.com/site1/index.html+m...galleries.html
http://mysite.com/site1doorway/index.html leading to main at site 1.

Will this be acceptable for the most link lists. Sofar it have but I am not totally sure that it is the correct way.

Should I also place
META NAME="robots" CONTENT="index,nofollow"
on the doorway index pages?
Or could I change a bit on the title on each doorway page instead?

2. Catagories
I build movie freesites and I submit in the..... movie catagory. Still some link lists move my listing to the specific catagory. Ex if I submit a milf movie freesite I am moved to the mature catagory. What do link lists prefer? I see that far most are listing my sites in the movies catagory but sometimes it could be interesting to submit a movie site in the niche catagory instead as You are sure to pick up the surfers who have interest in that specific niche no matter if it is movies or pics. Is it allowed to submit ex milf movie free sites in the mature/milf catagory?

I don't think my rules are that strict on the entrance page where my link is - for the most part, I'm happy to see my link listed with a few others that you are trading with :)

As far as movie sites go, I tend to list them where they are submitted.

GG> As for the catagory listing, thats cool. I prefer the "niche" catagories instead of the movie catagory.
I also know Your rules are not strict and they are easy to follow but I've seen other not so easy. I've had no problems in getting listed around sofar. I was just a bit uncertain about the doorway thing.
