How many hours do you spend on your computer?

I'm just curious.. :)

virgohippy 2007-04-19 05:24 AM

In my life!? I'm sure I've accumulated more then 12 hours. |loony|

When it's not a school day, I'm a slave to a machine, man! |virgohippy|

Licker4U 2007-04-19 05:26 AM

12-14 hours/day

KG Gary 2007-04-19 05:45 AM

12+ here. Probably more like 15+ actually. Jeez.
Quite sad if you think about it for too long, although it sure beats a regular job.

Same here (and yes, it definitely beats a "regular" job!). |loony|

It would probably be easier to count the hours that I'm not at the computer.

Lemmy 2007-04-19 06:50 AM

Actual productive work? Probably less than 8 hrs.

Useless 2007-04-19 07:22 AM

Maybe 1 hour updating, then 6 or so hours searching YouTube for home movies of teen girls dancing in their panties.

Jim 2007-04-19 07:37 AM

I used to spend about 15 hours/day online. But, my wife won that argument. :)

Ramster 2007-04-19 07:44 AM

Lately over the past several months not more than 8 I think. Before that for years it was 12 for sure.

TrendSetter 2007-04-19 09:27 AM

yep, that's me too. I'm addicted, I admit it |loony|

although in my defense, the computer is in the kitchen, so I can cook and check my email at the same time :D

I go thru periods of spending every waking moment on this damn thing and then usually during the summer months I am on the least amount of time possible. Wife used to get pissed when I worked too much, of course that meant me working anytime she was home. But doesnt look like I am gonna have a wife to bitch at me anymore here pretty soon, so I'll probably be spending many many hours working to take my mind off the soon the be coming divorce.

pigbait75 2007-04-19 12:17 PM

that sucks dude... but hey you can get a date easy! your sitting in front of the biggest dating services use them. or try and patch things up with the wife. either way good luck!

8-12 after sitting here 8 hours i dont want to look at a computer anymore of course sometimes you have to.

sue-fl 2007-04-19 01:35 PM

It was hard for me to make a choice on the time frame. Some days it's only a couple of hours and other days 10+ for me. All depends on whats going on with the kids, grandson and hubby's work schedule! So it different every day/week for me.

Tanya_AWP 2007-04-19 02:17 PM

8-12 hours on weekdays...kills your eyes sometimes...:)

stuveltje 2007-04-19 02:32 PM

well one of the reason why i had to slow down, hubby wasnt happy with it, oke he accepted i had to work hard but he had a time limit and after 4 yers he thought it was enough he hadnt me in his bed:) and i agreed, the net is addicted, but i saw alot of marriages and all going broke because one person spent all his/her time on the net, the net is not worth your realationship or marriage.
