weird things happening

Today I was searching for a photo of Jonathan Katz from the TV series Dr Katz. About 5 minutes after searching for this in google I get a spam from

Johnathan Katz notice the H rather in JoHnathan Katz, I did not search for it spelt this way and as far as I can tell did not see any sites spelt this way. Coincidence or am I just really paranoid?

I've taken to reading/deleting emails while the email client is offline.

I think this helps to reduce recurring spam.
