After putting a ton of miles on my bike this weekend, I am ready to leave it alone for a few days :) Just another beautiful day on tap.

Good morning - off to get payroll done and a few errands - then playing with sites all day

What a beautiful weekend it was here in way, way upstate NY! Played some outdoor tennis for the first time this Spring, and even got a little bit of sun. |thumb

Had a great weekend and the first barbeque-turned into a drinking until 10pm fest with a few neighbors yesterday with the nice weather.

I've been online only a little for the last few days. My sick friend was discharged from the hospital late Thursday last week and I took her back here to work on her recovery. So I've been spending most of my time in primary caregiver mode. I'll have more time as she recovers more of her strength, and look forward to being here and participating more.

Spent yesterday relaxing on the couch & not getting any fatter (diet time again) Watched Jersey finish off Tampa, which means the Sabres play the Rangers (Game 2 will be on NBC this weekend) and then got caught up on some Tivo before the regualr Sunday night lineup.

I'm not sure what I'm doing today, but I know it's work.

Good Cajun Morning!

Spent yesterday in heaven. Went back to the crawfish festival.
There just ain't nothing better than sitting in the shady grass, under 400+ year old oaks, cool breeze coming off the gulf across the highway, cold beer in hand, steaming seafood in the other hand, with live cajun music blaring from the stage.

Got a new favorite song out of the day too.."My baby don't wear no drawers".

If the damn sun would pop out, I'm heading to the beach for the day to digest the crawfish cakes, seafood stuffed mushrooms, crawfish and eggplant, and about 9 million other crawfish things I devoured yesterday.

I just got back from jogging. I've removed my running pants, dirty undies, jock, and my buttplugballfan. Now I'm sitting here in my fabric chair, sweaty balls, ass, and all.

I spent the weekend totally unexpected in the Ardennes watching a race for the WorldCup Mountainbike. A friend IM'ed me Friday and asked if I wanted to go with him and a few other guys to the Ardennes. I told him: "Sure". Ok, he said, we'll pick you up in an hour. So I dropped everything and started packing :)

Today I went to an amusement park with the owner of the bar I frequent. I think I'm getting too old for amusement parks :)

Well, I'm now showered and, since jogging took a lot out of me, I had two double cheeseburgers and a medium coke. |thumb

I just can't figure out why my new attempt at fitness isn't working.

Maybe you should up the cheeseburger intake, after all cheese is a dairy product and milk does a body good?
