Can you recommend any good CSS site?

I want to learn more about special effects you can do with Cascading Style Sheets so I'm looking for a site with examples and instructions... Not the standard stuff, but rather things like fading text, rainbow text, image filters, etc.
Any recommendations? Thanks |peace|

|roses| Thanks for the replies so far, special THANKS for Vicki's long list |roses|

I know my standard CSS text formatting, background color, scrollbar kind of stuff reasonably well know, what I'm really looking for are more nifty things like the text on my (soon to open) new TGP site - the Impact text "OPENING SOON..." with the fading gold shades is done with a style sheet I found on another page. I'm hoping to find more like that, and with clear explanations (I did this one, like many others, with trial and error)...
