Does anybody try goldsubmission.com services. I search for good seo services.

"month"? I don't recommend buying SEO services from a company that publish pages with fucked up grammar.

And that ridiculously low price says volumes about the quality of their service. $100/hour is stupid cheap and they're charging 99 bucks for six months. I guess this site's shooting to be the Walmart of SEO.

The site is also only TBPR 3 with an Alexa rating of 3 million+. Sure, Alexa rating is inaccurate but a tech site tends to rank higher on Alexa. High TBPR isn't an accurate measure of a site's authority but a low TBPR especially for an SEO consulting site says volumes because they're either lousy marketers that don't know how to drive organic links to their sites or they're lousy link builders. In either case it makes them lousy SEOs.

Plus look at these supplemental doorway pages:

META descriptions should be keyword rich using action words (like AdWords ad text) to drive high CTR:

"GoldSubmission - SEO, Search Engine Optimization, Search Engine Submission and Web Site Promotion Marketing Services. We also provide an Adult Search Engine Submission Package. Improve your search engine rankings and bring new traffic to your web site with GoldSubmission.com"

Internal URL structure:

- Even a semi-competent SEO knows better than to point an internal link to /index.html
- Separating keywords using underscores _ is first tier.

- Affiliate links should be nofollowed but aren't (notice all aff links on LOR are nofollowed).
- Placing link exchanges under "Our Sponsors" is a good way to tip Google off to link manipulation schemes.

Do you really want to give money to people who suck at optimizing their own site?

What exactly are they selling?

No, search engines rank your page based on a combination of relevance and importance.

Halfdeck gave you some great advice. Stay as far away from those guys as you can. It can be very time consuming, but you can learn seo yourself with enough time and effort. Just don't believe everything you read in regards to seo. ;)

I read through that ebook and it's just basic seo. They also miss an important point right from the start telling people not to optimize for "weight loss" because there are 19,300,000 pages indexed for weight loss. They fail to point out that you should check and see how many of the top ranking sites for that keyword are optimized for "weight loss". I seriously doubt all 19,300,000 of those pages are.

A person could overlook a very good keyword phrase by using their method and not following through to see what is really out there for competition. ;)

I seem to remember they wrote something about not trying to optimize for big keywords. I could be wrong too because it's a long time ago i've read it.

Anyway, its a good ebook, but indeed, like Maj Stress pointed out already: you have to focus on keywords (or keyword phrases) that aren't very competative but do have a high search-volume(^popularity) at the same time.
