What niches are the best?
 

After getting back into the business, I've noticed that things are a lot more specialized these days. I was wondering what niche sites are the most popular and which ones actually convert the best?|huh

The best niches are the ones that you're also interested in, as it's easier to sell things you like.

I like One Legged Lithuanian Midgets but content is hard to find...:D

On a serious note, like Greenie said, start with whay YOU like and then branch out to other niches.

All dependson you, a super money making niche for one, would be a nightmare for someone else... go deep with one niche, the best is one you know and love. I dont think there is a niche that dosnt work, its all about how you promote it

It does sound cliché but it really is true that the ones you are most interested in will be the best for you. That doesn't mean they have to turn you on. I do a lot of fetish sites and I don't actually have a fetish myself BUT I am interested by them and therefore my work is interesting as I try to unravel them, so to speak.

I would say, pick one or two broad niches and then work hard to break them down into whatever micro-niches you can in those broad niches and 'own' the niches as best you can.
