LL owners - Step inside Please

LinkList Owners I need help!

What are you looking for in a sponsor?
What makes you promote one sponsor over another?
What tools or resources do you want from sponsors to promote them more?

And most importantly, What can I do at MassiveDollars to get you to either do more business with us or start doing business with us?

Some of you may already know this, but GreenGuy currently does 30 Hosted Freesites for us a month to be released to our affiliates. We currently have just over 230 HFS available to our affiliates. We have RSS feeds available as well for our HFS. But I want to do more. I'd like to work directly with our LL webmasters to develop new tools and offerings to make their lives easier.

I'd love to hear from any of you, affiliates of MassiveDollars or not. Of course if you are not an affiliate, Why Not?

Hopefully we can get some good discussion going that will help other sponsors as well and get you webmasters more of what you need|bananna| |bananna|

Anyone?

SheepGuy 2007-05-11 01:33 AM

Just had a quick look and I'll take a better look over the weekend. Your Pony Girl site looks interesting, if you have freesites for that I'll put them up right away. I have an AVS site called Horse Girls that does well for me.
Straight up though, I don't like NATS.

sharky 2007-05-11 09:50 AM

Hey Sheepguy!

We do currently have about 10 Freesites for Ponygirl. If you like, let me know your webmaster ID and I can get you the links exported for those.

Can I ask what you don't like about NATS? It's certainly not the perfect software, I don't think there is such a thing.... But it's by far the industry standard..

Funky Monk 2007-05-11 10:21 AM

not a big fan of NATS either.. i prefer ccbill because I see all my stats for my sponsors there. i don't think it's a matter of standards -- just preferences. or maybe i'm wrong. :D

Funky Monk 2007-05-11 10:23 AM

btw, i'm afraid i won't be signing up for another reason: my country is blocked from joining. |banghead|

Maybe you should get one of those softwares that check all your stats, for example StatsRemote?

Also limiting yourself to only ccbill might not be the smartest thing? Some days ccbill scrub hard while another scrub less, these things change, thats my opinion :) (We do great with ccbill btw :))

we'll get you signed up, thats not a problem :)

Greenguy 2007-05-11 10:35 AM

For me, I pretty much just try out programs & if they convert, I keep them. If they convert really well, I add banners & push them a bit more.

Hosted Free Sites are a big plus - and I would sign up for a program that offered them before one that didn't.

I don't really know what else you could offer to the typical Link List webmaster - for the most part, all we need are link codes to sites that convert :D

Send me an email with you site and then the info for the form. I will sign you up. We let webmasters in on a case by case basis when they are in blocked countries to prevent fraud.

My email is sharky AT massivedollars.com

I know a lot of webmasters who feel that way. However, as someone who has been in the industry for 12+ years, I've seen multiple billing companies go under before. There was DMR and Ibill are the really big ones. They took people down for Millions of dollars. Whole recurring databases lost, etc. As an affiliate I do not want to put all my eggs in one basket. I understand the convenience of combined stats, etc.. But what if something happened to CCbill and all your recurring, etc was lost?

Now with that said, I know and like CCbill. I don't think they are going anywhere, but I still wouldn't place all my eggs in one basket.

I'm signed up with you since about 2 years now if I remember well. I signed up because I think I met one of the support guys on a board and he told me about the freesites, though I never pushed your sites too hard because my traffic wasn't enough for that.

1. Promo, good content for webmaster (not vid caps), and sites that convert with my traffic.

2. The selection of promo tools available as well as quality sites and how well they convert. Payout is another concern of mine, what do they pay on 1.00 trials, 4.95 trials is one thing I would find out right off the bat. Is that with or without consoles?

3. I like hosted promo tools such as hosted ads, galleries, sites, movie clips, blogs. I also like up-to-date tools such as rss feeds and sponsor made quality blog posts.

4. I'm not currently promoting you guys but will take a look now.

That's about it for now. |waves|

There is no time like the present to start. We have over 230 Hosted Freesites now, so you can start by simply listing the sites. If you like, contact me directly and maybe I can help you out with ideas, etc. I've been around the block a few times, so I still ahve some tricks up my sleeve;-)

Thanks for the info!

I can tell you that our sites are all console free. No need for special non-console link codes... it makes things much easier for you.
We have plenty of hosted content, but are always looking for more to offer. After you take a look at what we have to offer, I'd appreciate your comments about what else you would like to see. Heck, if you have examples of what you like at other sponsors, I'd love to see that.

plateman 2007-05-11 06:24 PM

what i dont like about your program - the 100 min payout

and how the payout is 20.00 for a trial and 35.00 for a full join

I just noticed the 25.00 flat rate codes, so thats ok

and also I see more sites, guess I'll be adding some links

We have $100 min payout for checks. If you choose to be paid by epassporte the min is $50.

We do have the flatrate program at $25/sale. We will soon be offering a $20 flat payout on $1 trials. We have been beta testing them with a few affiliates and have seen good things!

We have 4 new sites lined up to be launched within the next month or so as well... They are complete and live now, just finishing the promo content;-)
We are growing for sure! If you have promoted us before and stopped for whatever reason, I urge you to try again. #'s are up across the board after making several changes and moving our NATS system to a faster network and redundant server setup!

plateman 2007-05-11 07:20 PM

cool sharky, I do remember it being a 100

I changed it!

thanks

sharky 2007-05-11 07:57 PM

My pleasure. Please let me know if you need anything else;-)

Greenguy 2007-05-12 08:52 AM

Remember, he asked what Link Lists need from a program, not general likes & dislikes about programs.

I've actually had a lot of PM replies to this thread. It seems many people don't want to give away their secrets publicly.

Useless 2007-05-14 03:12 PM

I could use more cowbell.

sharky 2007-05-14 07:24 PM

More cowbell? OK.. I'm just not getting it;-)

Useless 2007-05-15 08:08 AM
