the higher the pr is for the site, the more u would be inclined to list it.. correct?

Ive turned down PR5 sites for not following the rules - PR doesnt mean anything when looking at submits

I could care less what the PR of your site is.

In fact since I don't use Windows IE I don't even know what the PR of your site is.

I like to see PR too, but as with most everyone else, it's not a free pass for me.
It might tip the scales on a borderline site, but that's about it.
