category submissions

Ran into this today...

I made a free site that promotes an amateur site but the theme of the free site was set around teens/blowjobs.

Do most link list owners care that I submitted to 'Amateur' categories and not 'teen' or 'blow job' categories?

Actually I was going to decline you for putting it in the wrong category and filling up the description with hot, best, free, etc., but being that I'm in a somewhat good mood today I rewrote your title and description and moved you to hardcore.

Why would you make a teens/blowjob site and put amateur banners on it? Because that's what you did.

Would you make a gallery with Pornstar Jenna Jameson and put hairy pussy banners on it?

The reason link lists have categories is to "filter" the traffic for better chances at earning a signup.

What Cleo/Ramster said!

Content decides the Cat.. not sponsors

I can see why he did it - cause it's a hardcore "amateur" site & it's the sponsor's free content.

I put amateur in quotes because I don't think that's an amateur site at all - you'd be best picking hardcore/oral/cumshots/etc.

I saw the content and saw the "Amateur" banners and thought WTF, but then I took the sponsor's tour and saw that its theme is taking amateur girls and putting them in hardcore action.

IMHO this is going to be a very hard site to promote. Actually to me it seems more like it is trying to be a reality site then anything else.

Hmmm. This is a tough one now. Should I go back and resubmit my site to "blowjob/oral" categories on the same link lists or is that a no no in the link list world? (even if I was declined for submitted to 'amateurs')

Sorry. I won't do that anymore. |shake|

Go look & see if you were listed & if not, then resubmit it :)

Thanks. I can just imagine some link owners getting pissed thinking "here he goes trying to submit this site again" and getting all bitchy. Oh well.
