I am blacklisted
 

Good morning everybody,

yesterday I checked out usefulscripts and I found out that my domain (www.sexually-predicated.com) is blacklisted because of 404.
I also saw from you (Greenguy's and Jim), that you have deleted all my sites, so I guess it was you who blacklisted me.
I did have a 404 redirection to some other site. I didn't know that I was doing anything wrong with that. I am new in business and was asking at gfy about, what people do with 404 errors. They were telling me they direct it to dating sites, etc. So I thought that would be ok to do so.
Another thing was that my server crashed down like 2 weeks ago, and I lost all the data on it. Unfortunately I didn't have a backup. I still had some files on my harddisk, but not all to build up the site how it was before. I think that was also a reason for blacklisting me, since some of the sites were down. Well now, everything works fine again.
I want to apologize for the trouble I made. I really didn't want to do anything that is not wanted.

In my opinion it was the your server crash that caused you to get blacklisted and also deleted from link-o-rama as they would have been showing a 404 error while the files were missing. The use of a 404 error page is fine as no one should ever see it apart from those digging for more freebies.

It looks like you have a few things wrong. First, the only thing I have to do with link-o-rama is that my best pal owns it. And, if someone is blacklisted, I can probably beg on that person's behalf. Next, I do hope you learned where not to ask business related questions :) Sites listed on linklists should never 404 much less be redirected to dating sites.

How I said, it was not my fault that the listed sites had 404. I should have done a backup, but the site was like 1 1/2 weeks old, and I didn't remember doing that. I took the redirection of the 404 away, and have tried to rebuild the rest of the site. I can't do more about that.
I hope that the boss accepts that.

It's easy to see how it would of looked, like you were trying it on as with the amount of people who knock up pages/sites then when listed, add a meta refresh to dating sites.
I can give you 100's of examples in search engines that do this.
With what you explained, i'd of emailed the link lists with an explanation with a dash of evidence like a server log or something.

It looks like dating sites are a no no in pornland and i suppose thats down to the fuckheads that continually spam them anywhere and everywhere.

In a post-Imus world, I don't think we can continue to refer to it as a "blacklist". I would suggest the simple term "list", but I think we are no longer allowed to lump any group of persons together in any fashion at any time.

I am blacklisted

Hello!
Few days ago I've noticed that i've been blocked because of multi submitter and to be honest
I don't know why...
I'm a new guy in this kind of business, I know the rules but sometimes I can do something uncorrectly, so I'd like to apologize If I've done something which is not according to the regulations.
Back to case, I don't remind If I add somethong deliberately, no FS 2 times a day...
I'd like to know what happened and I'm very sorry - If I've made a mistake.
I don't mean to cheat and hope that you'll unblock me and remove from black list.
